Character Driven Media is a creative hub offering hands-on workshops, studio projects, and production training for kids, teens, and adults on Gabriola Island and beyond. From behind the mic to behind the camera, participants explore storytelling, teamwork, and media-making with confidence and curiosity.
Led by longtime producer, filmmaker, and mentor Joani, Character Driven blends decades of experience in radio, film, theatre, and live production with a love for unconventional learners, creative challenges, and collaborative discovery.
